These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of DealDraft (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
DealDraft is operated by DEALDRAFT AI SOLUTIONS, a sole proprietorship registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) under registration number 202603202271, at Selangor, Malaysia ("DealDraft", "we", "us", or "our"). DealDraft helps you generate, edit, present, export and share slide decks and business proposals with the help of AI. The software, design and branding of the Service belong to us.
You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your login private. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at support@dealdraft.site if you think someone else has accessed it. You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your country, to use the Service.
DealDraft has two plans:
What each plan includes is shown on our pricing page. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected at checkout by Lemon Squeezy.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record and payment processor for Pro. It charges you, handles your card details, sales tax and VAT, and issues your invoices and receipts. We never see or store your card number. By buying Pro you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's own terms for the purchase.
Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, whichever you chose) and you are charged again, until you cancel.
Early users can subscribe at founder pricing: USD 10 per month or USD 100 per year. Your founder price stays the same for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price is the one on offer at that time.
You can cancel at any time by choosing "Manage subscription" in your account, which opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your account returns to the Free plan.
If you are not happy, email us at support@dealdraft.site within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. Renewal payments are not refunded. This does not limit any rights you have under the law that applies to you.
If a payment fails, Lemon Squeezy will try to collect it again. If the payment still cannot be collected, your Pro access may be suspended.
We may change our prices. We will tell you by email in advance, and a new price never applies in the middle of a period you have already paid for.

Decks and emails are generated with Anthropic's Claude API. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for reading and checking everything before you send it to a client or rely on it. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
You own your decks and everything you put into them, including text, pricing, client details and brand assets ("Your Content"). We only process Your Content to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for Your Content, including having the right to use any information about your clients that you enter. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
When you share a deck by link or email, the people who receive it are your recipients, not ours. When a recipient opens a link, we record the view (see the Privacy Policy) and show it to you. A recipient can also accept a proposal by entering their name. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share the deck with your recipients and to send them emails, and for how you use the tracking information we show you. An acceptance on DealDraft is a simple record of a name and time; it is not an electronic signature.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. If you have an active subscription, you need to cancel it first. Deleting your account removes your decks and account data. Lemon Squeezy keeps its own transaction records under its own policy, and a few other items may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.
We work to keep the Service running, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free or free of interruptions. Features may change or be removed as the product develops. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if you do not pay, or if we need to in order to protect the Service, other users or comply with the law. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination (such as limitation of liability and governing law) will continue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute about them or the Service will be decided by the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. Price changes are handled as described under "Price changes" above.
